Your support up to this point has been rapid and exemplary. I also want to give your Rapidspar product some big praise. So far it has resulted in 2 successful data recoveries for my clients with a 3rd one coming up here soon. I'm confident that one of the backups would not have been possible without dataspar as the drive was very slow to respond without it and it actually failed completely during the second pass of the recovery. I suspect that in that case I wouldn't have even got 1/4 of the way through the drive using traditional data recovery before the drive failed completely. So awesome product and keep up the good work. I'm confident this will pay for itself inside the first year, be profitable in the second, and most importantly result in some happy customers that I would have otherwise had to break bad news to.
