OUR CUSTOMERS’ STORIES
I'm trying to run it through about 15 2.5" and 9 3.5" drives, in various states. Some healthy, some not -- none of which have been hammered away at. I'm liking it so far. I'm impressed with RapidSpar Assistant... it shows you the quality of the heads, you can submit diagnostic info and have the drive "optimized" for a recovery. What I'll maybe do is a recovery of some data on a drive, see how long it takes, then optimize it and see if there are any improvements. Regardless, it's definitely more efficient than the toaster drive I've got and easier to set up/play with than mucking about on a ddrescue CD. I can see having this in my kit, the only thing stopping me right now is cost, especially given the US/CAD conversion. I think it's a heck of a device.
