I purchased a unit and have been extremely happy with it. The only real issue I have had is when I used a USB hub to connect it, but connecting directly solved the connection problems. As a one man business, I haven't had as many opportunities to use it as some of the other people but I'd say the success rate is still close to 80%. Great product!
